How the sale actually works
There is no bank in this transaction. We own the land, we sell it to you, and we carry the note ourselves — which is the only reason "no credit check" is a fact rather than a slogan.
Drive out and stand on it
Most instruments carry written directions from I-10 and the corner markers to look for — usually white plastic pipe. Call for a pin drop and go walk it before you commit to anything.
No credit check, no qualifying
We do not pull credit, verify income, or send you to a lender. Your history is not part of this. The down payment and the monthly payment are the whole conversation.
Sign, and close through title
NBTS closed out the owner-financing contract. NBTS handles the title closing and recording. You pay the down payment, and the conveyance is recorded with the county.
Pay it off whenever you like
No pre-payment penalty on any property, ever. Pay to the schedule for the full term or clear it early — the payoff figure is the same either way.
What you can check yourself
Buying land from a stranger on the internet deserves suspicion. So rather than ask you to take our word for anything, here is what you can independently verify before you send a dollar.
- Closing
- NBTS An independent title company handles the closing and the recording — not us. Call them.
- Parcels
- Recorded numbers, public record Parcel numbers are listed on the instruments that have them. Look any of them up with the Maricopa County Assessor.
- The note
- Carried by the seller KORR holds the note directly. There is no lender, no broker and no third party to qualify with.
- Prepayment
- No penalty, any property Stated on every instrument, and written into the agreement you sign.
We do not publish customer testimonials. Anonymous five-star quotes prove nothing, and we would rather hand you the parcel number and let you check the county record.
