This policy describes what this website collects, why, and who receives it. It covers korrbuildingcollc.netlify.app only. It does not cover what happens after you become a buyer — the loan and closing paperwork you sign has its own terms.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form, and only when you submit it:
- Your name and telephone number — required, because a callback is the point of the form
- Email address — optional
- The property you asked about, and anything you write in the message box
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, a Social Security number, date of birth, bank account or card number, or a copy of an ID through this website. We do not run a credit check, so we have no reason to collect any of it.
What we do not collect
We set no cookies of our own, run no analytics of our own, and there is no login and no account. We do run one advertising measurement pixel — described under Advertising below.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry about land — by phone, or by email if you gave one. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with other land sellers, lead brokers, or data resellers.
Who it passes through
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the form to our email. Your submission passes through their service.
- Google Fonts serves two typefaces. Loading them tells Google your IP address, as any web request does. No fonts are personalised and no account is involved.
- Netlify hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.
- NBTS receives your details only if you go to closing — not from this form.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Enquiries arrive as email and stay in our mailbox. If you would like yours deleted, ask and we will remove it.
Advertising
We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and we run those campaigns through
Whop. The Whop measurement pixel is installed on this site.
It loads from t.whop.tw on every page and records that a page was viewed,
and it records when an enquiry form is successfully submitted — so we can tell which
advertisements actually produce enquiries.
The pixel does not receive the contents of your enquiry. It is told that a submission happened, not what you wrote, and we do not pass your name, telephone number or email to it. Whop and the advertising platforms may set their own identifiers and may use what they collect under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
If you would rather not be measured this way, a tracking-protection or ad-blocking extension will stop the pixel loading, and browsers offer a "Do Not Track" or anti-tracking setting. Blocking it does not affect the site — the enquiry form, the telephone numbers and every property page work exactly the same.
We advertise land and homes. We do not target advertising by race, colour, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected class, and we use the housing advertising category the platforms require, which restricts that targeting by design.
Your choices
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Depending on where you live you may have a formal right to some of these. Either way, ask and we will do it.
This site is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Fair housing
We sell to qualified buyers without regard to race, colour, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
